Our contract with Police Constabularies require us to attend within 60 minutes of our call centre being called. This could be to secure premises, repair security systems, supply locksmiths, vehicle recovery or even clean up crime scenes.
We deal directly with control rooms in the areas where we are the ‘Hot Key’ contractor for any emergency requirements the police may ask of us following incidents.
In our call centre, manned 24/7, staff also use police log numbers universally as a reference to any callout to ease tracking of attendance and liaison with the authorities.
Our staff will remain onsite whilst scene of crime officers complete their investigation, before securing the premises and possibly even aiding in crime scene clean up where requested.
We at Security Solutions Yes have secured contracts with Norfolk, Suffolk, Avon & Somerset and Devon & Cornwall Police Authorities for all emergency boarding, glazing and locksmith callouts. We work closely with the authorities, have regular meetings to try and improve service which in turn helps to reduce costs. We attend incidents to make secure quickly so that officers can be released for other duties.
All of our staff, be it in the office or onsite, are vetted both by ourselves and the relevant constabulary and all information received and dealt with in the course of carrying out any work is confidential under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 and the Finance Act 1989.
